| Abstract Objective: To study efficiency on VISTON visual plasticity system treatment of children with amblyopia.Methed:One hundred and twenty-eight cases(172 eyes) were diagnosed as amblyopia according to the national criteria of amblyopia. Patients were treated with correct spectacle,eye-shades and VISTON visual plasticity system treatment.Following observations were performed :the relation between its efficacy and some factors ,such as type of amblyopia ages and degree of amblyopia. Ruesult: The total improvement rate was 95.3%, 79.1% of eyes were cured ,the visual improved rat was 16.3%，no improvement rat was 4.7%.The average time of cured was 6.5 months.the cure rates of ametropic amblyopia and the children about ~6 year old were hight than others. Conclusion: Vision in most amblyopia can be improved by amblyopia treatment .Results of amblyopia treatment are closely related to factors such as degree,ageand patterns of amblyopia. VISTON visual plasticity system could elevate the cure rates and shorten cure time.

摘要 目的：探讨VISTON视功能治疗系统治疗儿童弱视的效果及特点。方法：128例（172眼）患儿按照全国统一弱视诊断标准确诊后，进行戴镜、遮盖加VISTON视功能治疗系统治疗。对弱视的类型、弱视的程度、患者的年龄与疗效的关系，以及弱视治愈的时间进行观察。结果：治疗总有效率为93.6%，其中治愈为73.26%，进步为20.35%，无效为6.4%；治愈疗程平均为6.5个月。屈光不正性弱视、~6岁组治愈率最高。结论：弱视的疗效与弱视的类型、弱视的程度、患者的年龄密切相关，VISTON视功能治疗系统可以提高弱视治愈率，缩短治疗时间。
