| 【Abstruct】 Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and mechanisms of ocular manifestations related to Takayasu arteritis. Methods The general clinical data and related ocular manifestation in 69 patients with Takayasu arteritis were analyzed retrospectively. And risk factors related to ocular manifestations were analyzed by multifactor Logistic regression. Results In the 69 patients, there are 15(21.7%) patients with ocular manifestations. Among them, there are 11(73.3%) ones with deline of visual abilitiy,and 4 ones with defect of visual fields, //Variables in logistic regression showed that ？are not risk factors. Conclusion: Takayasu arteritis may lead to varied ocular manifestations. Ocular ischemia is one of reasons of ocular manifestations resulted from Takayasu arteritis. Ocular treatments are as important as therapy for the whole body. |
